Why do you like working at First Call? What is your favourite part of the job?
I’m all about efficiencies. First Call is very open about adapting to changes and finding better ways to do things. I could spend the rest of my days looking at processes, identifying inefficiencies and miscommunications and working to make it better for our customers, our staff and the company bottom line. I’m thinking that I should say “the people” for part two of the question, and I do like the people (we have the friendliest around), but if I can make us better, I’m happy at the end of the day.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
Flying, any one who knows me really well, might be surprised with this answer as I am not a bird lover but my love of travel and getting away, overrides my fear of birds.
What’s your favourite travel destination?
New York! New York! New York! Loved the energy, the sounds and even the smells. Love a good beach though so Mexico and Hawaii are both a close second.
What TV show are you currently binge-watching?
