Important Details:
- *$500 deposit is refundable before installation date, less permit fees if the permit application has been completed. Deposit will be applied to the final cost of your air conditioner.

- Price quoted using this form can fluctuate if your home requires additional work. For example, you may require ventilation, a new thermostat, control wires or breaker panel work. Any additional costs will be identified and need your approval prior to installation.
- We reserve the right to adjust your installation date if we have staff who are ill.

– All estimates valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
– Payment terms – up to 10% may be paid on credit card. The balance is due upon completion of the installation and may be paid by cheque, cash or e-transfer(s).
